Our aim is to individualise the patient’s nutritional needs. This is the balance of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids (fats), minerals, vitamins and water.

Although good nutrition is the foundation of good health many people do not reach their necessary levels of intake of vitamins and minerals. This can be due to poor food choice, foods grown in depleted soils, lack of exercise, stress and particularly lack of absorption due to poor gut health.

At the Essex Annandale Allergy Clinic we individually assess the patient’s nutritional health and with a combination of detox treatment/food testing/elimination regimes and supplementation advice we work with the patient to enhance their optimum health and well being.
